Booking Terms and Conditions
By paying the deposit/and/or the full payment for your holiday, you are agreeing to the following conditions.
The letting period commences at 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure, or by prior arrangement. The rented property should be maintained and left clean and in good condition, and any damage or breakages reported. At our discretion, a surcharge of £25 per rented property may be applied if unreasonable cleaning is required.
Included in the rental is bed linen, hand towels, normal electricity and gas usage.
We will accept one small (spaniel sized) well behaved pet, we require that pets are kept off of the furniture and under no circumstances are allowed in any of the beds. Pets must be kept on a lead whilst walking in the park and all mess must be cleaned up after them. Please inform us in advance if you are to bring a pet, an additional £25 will be added to your rental for your pet.
A firm booking will be made once the booking form together with a deposit of £100 per week is received. The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a cheque for £50 to cover possible breakages or damage. (£50 cheque will only be cashed if there are damages to the lodge)
Any loss or damage to the property or contents is the responsibility of the person who signs the booking form.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will only be returned if the Lodge is re-let for the cancelled period. We do not provide insurance for this.
Only those persons listed on the booking form may reside in the Lodge, a maximum of 7 in the Lodge.
If for any reason the accommodation is not available to you due to circumstances beyond our control, we will take reasonable steps to seek alternative accommodation. If other accommodation is not available, all monies paid by the visitor will be refunded. We will have no further liability to the visitor or any other party.
We refuse the right to hand over the property to anyone we consider is not suitable to take charge of the property. In which case, any monies paid by the visitor, will be returned. We will have no further liability to the visitor or any other party.
We also reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time or remove any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or causing or likely to cause annoyance or offence to other guests. In this event any refund would be at our discretion.
The properties may only be used for the purposes of a holiday let.
